We are aware of the difficulties that some of our patients are experiencing in getting through to the Practice on the telephone.
We sincerely apologise for this, but unfortunately this is outside our control and is affecting many GP Practices across Lancashire. Our IT/telephone supplier, NHS Midlands and Lancashire CSU, is working hard to try and resolve this as quickly as possible.
Due to the sheer volume of calls coming into the Practice our phone lines are likely to be most affected during peak periods, for example Monday mornings, when our phones tend to be at their busiest.
