This week we launch our Online eConsult service for patient to access our practice clinicians.

The service can be accessed each weekday from 7.00am via our website link or via The NHS App, to allow patients to request medical help without having to phone in and wait in long queues.

Mark Lunney, practice business manager said "I'm really pleased to be able to offer patients a significant improvement to accessing our practice. By using our EConsult form online it offers the very fastest way to get medical help from our team. Patients no longer have to face a long telephone wait, and can simply submit a quick and easy form online. Our team will review the information carefully and triage the patient to the very best clinician, often the same day".

The service is now live and patients are encouraged to give it a try. It can also be used for routine admin request as well as medical help. They wont be disappointed.

EConsults operate weekdays between 7.00am to 2.00pm apart from weekends and Bank Holidays.
